What cleaning methods do you use?
We use variety of cleaning methods best suited for the type of building and job in hand. We have invested in the best available water-fed pole cleaning systems, which use purified hot water, for a spotless finish every time. We also work from ladders within health and safety guidelines and for hard to reach windows we use MEWPS, tower scaffold or rope access. We can discuss the best method suited for your needs during the quotation process.
How often do you recommend for windows to be cleaned?
Most of our customers have their windows cleaned every 4-6 weeks to get best results however we also do 6 monthly, annual and one-off cleans. Other factors such as proximity to busy roads, adverse weather and use of the building should be taken into consideration.
Why are the windows left wet after cleaning?
We use hot deionised water which has been purified through a five stage filtration process. After cleaning the windows with a high-quality window cleaning brush, the glass is rinsed and the pure water is left on the windows to evaporate, leaving spotless finish.
Can you still clean windows when it is raining or in freezing temperatures?
The pure water cleaning system is still effective in the rain as it does not leave any sticky residue for the rain to attach. If the temperature drops to freezing outside, the glass is still heated from the building and so the water very rarely freezes.
Do you clean window sills and frames?
Cleaning of window sills and frames is included as a part of the service.
Do you clean inside of windows, or just the exteriors?
We can clean both internal and external windows and also secondary glazing. Our technicians are trained to work carefully and safely, meaning your furnishings and floors will be left just the way we found them.
Do you clean out of normal business hours?
We offer an out of hours service to ensure minimal disruption to your business.
What if I’m not happy with the result?
We provide 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the finish, give us a call within 48 hours and we will return to re-clean the area.
What payment methods to you accept?
Our preferred payment method is by bank transfer however, we also accept payment by cheque. Our payment terms are strictly 30 days from receipt of the invoice.
Do you have a liability insurance?
We are fully insured, with up to £10m of public liability insurance coverage; well above the industry average due to the number of historic buildings we work on.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
As every building is different and so is the access to the building, we are unable to quote without the site survey. However, we offer free no obligation quotations.
